Melos Sulicich

Melos Sulicich is a strategic marketing executive, event manager and corporate trainer. He has trained more than 30,000 people over a 25-year period in customer service, sales and negotiating techniques and supervisory management.

Over this time Melos has helped many organisations to recognise the how the development of its people can really bring prosperity to both individuals and the organisation. Melos continues to visualise personal learning and growth as one of life’s valuable lessons that he enjoys sharing with others.

At 73 years of age, he wondered why many of his friends and colleagues hadn’t planned for their retirement. He realised people need help to plan for retirement, and help to find suitable retirement properties in the property market.  And so, propertytoretire.com.au was born.

Melos’s career has been marketing focused overseeing brand developments, marketing budgets and sales staff.  He is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and has served as a national Board member. Melos was awarded the Prime Minister’s Medal for his community work and extensive commitment to marketing.

Melos has always had strong community involvement, coordinating and organising sporting events, expos, food & wine festivals, concerts, Christmas pageants, International Dragon Boat Festivals, King’s Cup Regattas, car rallies and Multi-cultural Festivals.

He has conducted strategic planning workshops for many corporate and sporting organisations and has worked with volunteer and not-for-profit organisations all his life.

Melos was born in Australia to Croatian immigrant parents. He speaks English, Croatian, Greek and Italian.
