The site is aimed at Baby Boomers, who are poised to exert even greater influence in the real estate sector, with a wave of retirement property purchases. The site can search for a threebedroom home, with three bathrooms and two car parks, at the coast, near a golf course or part of a retirement village. It will also feature news, advice, tips and case studies specific to Boomers and their choices. Baby Boomers make up about 45 percent of property market activity.
