BABY boomers looking for their ideal retirement home will now be able to find it now with the help of a new website - propertytoretire.com.au. The site is aimed at baby boomers who are poised to exert even greater influence in the real estate sector. It can, for example, search for a three-bedroom house, with three bathrooms, two car parks that is at the coast, near a golf course or part of a retirement village. It will also feature news, advice, tips and case studies specific to boomers and their choices. Baby boomers make up about 45 per cent of property market activity.
